Ultimate RESULTS:

Honest, no nonsense, intense workout class that is designed to push and motivate you in the most positive ways. This one hour high intensity, indoor fitness class includes alternating intervals of cardiorespiratory and strength training using treadmills, rowers, weights, medicine balls, kettle bells, bands, BOSU Balls, TRX straps, and traditional body weight exercises. Each class finishes with challenging core work and flexibility exercises. “Prepare to Perspire” with Ultimate RESULTS!!!

RESULTS Spin + Core.
Gives you a complete workout with 40 minutes of spin and 20 minutes of core and ab work. It’s the total package in one hour!

Your ride will be state-of-the-art! Our bikes are equipped with computers that take the guess work out of cycling, assuring an efficient ride. Your cadence, distance traveled, and heart rate (must wear own heart rate strap) are all available on a continuous read out. Our bikes fit and ride like road bikes. They have all the ergonomic features you need to pedal (baskets or SPD clips) to new levels. Classes are 60 minutes in length. “Ride with RESULTS!!!”

RESULTS Boot Camp:
Outdoor class (weather permitting) incorporating many different styles of training, including strength, core, cardiorespiratory, speed and agility. Every class is different to keep you progressing, motivated, and engaged in a fun, outdoor environment. This class is meant to accommodate a wide range of fitness levels with the use of circuits, timed exercises, modifications, and progressions to the exercises used. Classes are 60 minutes in length. “Push your Limits with RESULTS!!!”

Circuit Class:
All fitness levels are welcome to attend RESULTS’ good old-fashioned circuit class. This class offers a combination of aerobic and resistance training designed to be easy to follow and target fat loss, muscle-building, and cardiovascular fitness.

Lunch Express:
Come get your tail kicked and relieve stress on your lunch break with a 60 minute non stop, jam packed aerobic and resistance training workout.
