The 13.1 mile half marathon is a highly respected race among endurance athletes. The physiology of the half marathon is straightforward–it is a test of stamina. Keys to successful half marathons are to begin with a well-structured plan that properly incorporate your abilities and goals, and to follow the plan with consistency.
The 2017 Country Music Half Marathon will take place on Saturday, April 29, 2017. For more info, visit runrocknroll.com/nashville/register/.
