GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Provide your office or place of business a comprehensive fitness plan to incorporate with employees and colleagues to cut back on healthcare costs, absenteeism, and stress.
Focus on weight management, training programs, general health and fitness, as well as getting in competition shape for an event.
Includes customized meal plans and monitoring to help you reach your nutrition goals.
GYM DESIGN & PROGRAMMING:
We work in unison with architects and interior designers to develop the best possible individualized environment to meet client’s needs.
Your space is as unique as your fitness preferences. We will consult with you to make the best use of your space, offer guidance in purchasing equipment, and strategically set up a home gym or commercial workout facility. We also provide program design and onsite personal trainers and group fitness instructors to maximize the use and benefits of the designed facility to reach your health and fitness goals.
All fitness levels are welcome to attend RESULTS’ good old-fashioned circuit class. This class offers a combination of aerobic and resistance training designed to be easy to follow and target fat loss, muscle-building, and cardiovascular fitness.
Honest, no nonsense, intense workout class that is designed to push and motivate you in the most positive ways. This one hour high intensity, indoor fitness class includes alternating intervals of cardiorespiratory and strength training using treadmills, rowers, weights, medicine balls, kettle bells, bands, BOSU Balls, TRX straps, and traditional body weight exercises. Each class finishes with challenging core work and flexibility exercises. “Prepare to Perspire” with Ultimate RESULTS!!!
Come get your tail kicked and relieve stress on your lunch break with a 60 minute non stop, jam packed aerobic and resistance training workout.
Spin + Core:
Spin + Core gives you a complete workout with 30 min. intense cycle, 20 min. core strength, and 10 min. stretch/flexibility. It’s the total package in one hour!
Your ride will be state-of-the-art! Our bikes are equipped with computers that take the guess work out of cycling, assuring an efficient ride. Your cadence, distance traveled, and heart rate (must wear own heart rate strap) are all available on a continuous read out. Our bikes fit and ride like road bikes. They have all the ergonomic features you need to pedal (baskets or SPD clips) to new levels. Classes are 60 minutes in length. “Ride with RESULTS!!!”
