GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
(2 or more people):
Get more attention in a group environment (sign up with friends or join a group). Includes group instruction that focuses on muscular strength/endurance, cardiorespiratory training, flexibility and core training based on clients’ fitness level/goals.
Fittest Loser Registration
An eight week indoor/outdoor program of fitness training, nutritional education, and lots of sweat and FUN! This program is designed for individuals looking to make a healthy lifestyle change and alter the shape of their body. Includes before/after body assessment, meal plan, three weekly meetings (group workout) plus a bonus workout of your choice (e.g., RESULTS Cycling, Ultimate RESULTS, or RESULTS Boot Camp class). Prizes will be awarded to participants, including a RESULTS “Fittest Loser.” All participants will receive a journal/t-shirt. The program will take place quarterly—15 person max.
HALF MARATHON TRAINING GROUP:
12 week training program designed to get YOU to the finish-line, injury-free. The program is designed to give you the knowledge and experience required to not only reach a half marathon finish line, but to also make running, run/walking, or walking a part of your lifestyle. During your training, you will become stronger, both physically and mentally and the benefits will carry over into all aspects of your life. The training program begins in mid January every year.
CORPORATE WELLNESS PROGRAMS:
Provide your office or place of business a comprehensive fitness plan to incorporate with employees and colleagues to cut back on healthcare costs, absenteeism, and stress.
Focus on weight management, training programs, general health and fitness, as well as getting in competition shape for an event.
Includes customized meal plans and monitoring to help you reach your nutrition goals.
